Implant Part's Policies and Warranty

Ordering Information: Order online at www.implantpart.com or call Implant Part at 1-888-461-8008. We are available Monday-Sunday 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. (PST).

Shipping Policy: Orders placed after 3 p.m. (PST) will be processed on the following business day. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays.

Terms: We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Product Return Policy: Products that are not defective in material or workmanship may be returned at the customer’s expense for credit within thirty (30) days of invoice date. All returns will be charged a 50% restocking fee. All returned products must meet the following conditions:

    1. A copy of the original invoice must accompany the products.
    2. Products must be in sealed vials / sealed packages to arrive at the seller’s facility undamaged.
    3. Discontinued, obsolete, expired, damaged, or opened items will not be accepted for return.
    4. Amount credited will be based on invoice price, less fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee.
    5. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be credited.

Product Replacement: Product replacement will be issued if there is a demonstrable manufacturing defect or labeling error.

Surgical Instrument Guarantee: Implant Part provides proper cleaning and sterilization methods so that you can prolong the life of our drills and surgical instruments. Our drills are made from 465 stainless steel. If your drills appear dull or show signs of rust or staining, they should be disposed of. Implant Part does not accept return of drills or surgical instruments removed from their original package for reasons of cutting edge wear or rust formation due to handling variables outside our control.

Product Shipping Errors: Orders placed via phone to our call center will be held for 24 hours to give the opportunity to confirm the order by return email. Customers who waive the confirmation process will not be entitled to claim Product Shipping Errors related to the receipt of incorrect product(s). Customers who incorrectly order online shall be responsible for restocking fees and shipping costs in association with returning the products.

Warranty: Implant Part warrants all dental implants, components and instruments provided by Implant Part to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Implant Part will, for a period of one year, issue credit for, or repair or replace, any part determined to be defective. This warranty is conditioned upon the prepaid return of the equipment or materials claimed to be defective to Implant Part for verification of the claimed defect. If the claimed defect is verified, Implant Part will repair or replace free of charge any defective parts. The buyer agrees that no other remedy (including, but not limited to, incidental or consequential damages for lost profits, lost sales, injury to person or property, or any other incidental or consequential loss) shall be available.
